No change in my weight today
I guess I have to wait till the end of this week
I went for a 45 minute walk and had a chicken soup for dinner
Some baked crisps and a date
Will weigh in again tomorrow morning
I hurt myself as I fell down :-/
It hurts quite badly so am only doing light exercise
It feels good though I have already lost 2.5 pounds
That is some encouragement
