Low calorie diet

So today I was re-assessing my goal
and I'd be happy if I lost 6 pounds instead of 8
That seems like a more realistic goal to me
Having set a better goal
I want to go about achieving it

I walked for about 40 minutes today and ate healthy
I have unfortunately bruised my knee and find it hard to do any vigorous exercise
So am going to wait a few days before I start any aerobic activity

I think it is fair to have one day of the week where you can eat what you want
That way you don't feel deprived
Peanut butter and toast
Eggs and Salmon
Parma ham and bread
Goat cheese salad and chocolate brownies
These are a few of my favourite things :)
